What happens if my flight is delayed?

It depends on the provider's waiting-time policy. Read it on their booking page before you pay.

Can the car go straight to my clinic?

Yes, if you give the street address as the drop-off. You don't need to say what the appointment is for.

Is there a child seat or wheelchair space?

Ask for it in the booking form. Don't assume it is included.
